About Expo
The exhibition of prefabricated houses is the first European exhibition that presents modular and prefabricated houses and the second largest in the world. It gathers manufacturers from Europe to connect, exchange ideas and present the latest products to potential buyers and prefabricated house enthusiasts.
The goal of the Modular Homes Expo, through exhibitions in Zagreb, Rijeka, and Istria, is to educate and inspire visitors on creating a sustainable future by building green, energy-efficient, and self-sufficient modular homes, thus reducing energy consumption.

Location & Venue
Modular Homes Expo 2024 will be open to visitors daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, from May 16th to May 18th, 2025. The event will be held at Exportdrvo Rijeka, located in the heart of the city, at Grobnička riva, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia.
This historically significant, industrial, and spacious hall is situated in the city center, making it easily accessible for visitors from across Croatia and neighboring countries. The hall is located along the banks of the Rječina River, with a view of the Croatian National Theatre and Korzo. The location offers two of the largest public parking areas in the city.
