Primus L156
Description
This is a variation of one of the most popular Lumar houses, the Primus model, which, with its low-energy construction (consumption less than 15 kWh/m² per year) and advanced self-sufficiency technology, offers the perfect balance between comfort and environmental responsibility. The architectural solution is based on simple lines that create an elegant yet timeless look. The roof, equipped with a solar power plant, emphasizes self-sufficiency and compliance with the Lumar Zero Emission Living concept. Large glass surfaces not only add a touch of elegance, but also allow for plenty of natural light and connect the interior with the outside space. The interior of the house is designed with an emphasis on openness and connectivity of space. The central living area unites the kitchen, dining room and living room, where panoramic windows allow natural light to illuminate every corner of the home. The pleasant ambiance is further enriched by views of the surrounding nature and direct access to the terrace and garden, onto which the living space naturally expands during warmer days. The Lumar Primus L156 house was designed with the needs of a young family in mind. The spaces are optimized for maximum functionality, with sleeping areas and work areas separated from the common living areas. These spaces intertwine warmth and a sense of home – natural wood, a fireplace and carefully selected details create a pleasant ambiance that gives the house character and warmth.
